[ Snowy River ] An area of wonder and suprise, this district has something for everyone. The Famous Buchan Caves contain underground wonders to facinate the whole family . Daily tours are available. Day trips to the High country will provide you with breathtaking scenery and an understanding of the rural activitities that are undertaken. Farmstay holidays are possible.

For the real adventurer White Water Rafting, Horse Riding, Abseiling and Wild Caving are a feature of this area. For the bushwalker we have a wide range of tracks that abound with flora and fauna.

The Snowy River is an icon of our area, it is suitable for camping, canoeing, rafting and just relaxing. The Snowy River and the Buchan River is the home of the native Bass.
